Role Summary: Lead engineering teams in designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions. Drive technical excellence, innovation, architecture governance,



and successful execution of complex programs while collaborating closely with business and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership in software architecture, backend development, AI, and engineering best practices.

Lead solution design reviews, technical governance, and delivery execution.
Mentor engineering teams on coding standards, DevOps, automation, security, and quality engineering practices.
Drive innovation, scalability, performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives.

Required Skills
Strong expertise in Software Architecture, Backend Development, and System Design.
Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, APIs, and Cloud technologies.
Valuable understanding of AI, DevOps, Automation, and Security best practices.
Proven experience in leading engineering teams and delivering complex technology programs.
Solid stakeholder management, mentoring, and communication skills.
