Role & responsibilities

Maintenance & Reliability
Expertise in Installation, Commissioning and Troubleshooting of Fanuc Oi-TF, Gantry Automation.
Knowledge of Programming and ladder logic.
Knowledge of PLC based machine with hand on experience on Logic writing of Mitsubishi, Delta, Omron PLC's.
Execute preventive and predictive maintenance as per schedules.
Minimize repeated breakdowns through timely interventions and root cause analysis.
Ensure zero electrical incidents by adhering to safety protocols.
Optimize hydraulic and lubrication oil usage to reduce wastage and improve efficiency.

Documentation & Compliance
Prepare and maintain records for internal/external audits (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISMS 27001).
Follow up on calibration of pressure gauges, flow meters, and other instruments.




Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational safety standards.

Inventory & Resource Management
Manage tools inventory to ensure availability and optimal utilization.
Oversee operations of STP, ETP, DM, and RO plants.

Workplace Standards & Improvement
Maintain shop floor 1S and 2S standards for cleanliness and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement initiatives in production and maintenance.

Reporting & Governance
Prepare maintenance-related MIS reports and present updates for management reviews.
Ensure timely documentation, reporting, and closure of action items related to maintenance operations.
