About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Telugu to

strengthen the quality of Telugu language education across our schools. The SME will work

closely with teachers, academic leaders, and school management to ensure effective

curriculum implementation, improve classroom instruction, and enhance student learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure effective implementation of the Telugu curriculum across assigned schools.

• Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to Telugu teachers.

• Mentor and coach teachers on pedagogy, lesson planning, classroom management, and

assessment practices.

• Design and review lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and academic resources.

• Monitor student performance and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.

• Conduct teacher training sessions, workshops, and refresher programs.

• Support schools in implementing academic initiatives, language events, and cocurricular

activities.





• Collaborate with Principals, Academic Coordinators, and Central Academic Teams.

• Analyze academic data and prepare reports.

• Ensure curriculum delivery aligns with organizational standards.

• Stay updated with latest educational practices.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Telugu, Education, or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in Telugu teaching, curriculum development, academic

coordination, or teacher mentoring.

• Strong command of written and spoken Telugu.

• Working knowledge of Hindi and English preferred.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Comfortable with frequent travel.

• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
