Required Skills & Qualifications
6 years of overall IT experience, with significant hands-on experience in CyberArk PAM, specifically CPC.
Robust knowledge of CyberArk architecture: Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PTA, CPC/Connectors.
Experience in privileged account onboarding, policy configuration, and secure management.
Solid experience in production/application support incident management, troubleshooting, and RCA.
Familiarity with Windows/Unix/Linux administration as it relates to privileged account management.
Understanding of security best practices around privileged access, credential rotation, and session isolation.
Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA) for incident and change management.
Good understanding of network protocols (SSH, RDP, LDAP) relevant to PAM connectivity.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under SLA pressure.
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional and client teams.
