Role & responsibilities
Deliver high-quality lectures and practical sessions in assigned pharmacy subjects.
Prepare course materials, lesson plans, question papers, and assignments.
Guide and mentor students academically and professionally.
Conduct internal assessments, viva, and practical exams.
Evaluate student performance and maintain academic records.

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Qualification:
B. Pharmacy and M. Pharmacy in relevant specialization (Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacognosy, Pharmacy Practice, etc.)

Skills Required:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Sound subject knowledge with teaching aptitude.
Research and publication experience in reputed journals (preferred).
Commitment to academic excellence and student development.

Other Requirements:
Should meet the eligibility norms of PCI / Govt. of Odisha.
A positive attitude, ethical conduct, and willingness to take initiative in academic and institutional growth.
