Job Title: HR Intern

Location: Sinnar, Nashik, Maharashtra

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources team at our Sinnar plant. This internship offers hands-on exposure to various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, documentation, and employee records management.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records.
Support onboarding activities for recent joiners.

HR Operations
Maintain employee records and personnel files.
Assist in preparing HR-related reports and MIS.
Support attendance, leave, and employee data management.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of HR records.

Employee Engagement
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Support communication initiatives and employee welfare programs.
Collect employee feedback and assist in engagement surveys.





Compliance & Administration
Support HR team in maintaining statutory and compliance records.
Assist in preparing documents related to audits and inspections.
Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.

Eligibility Criteria
Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, MSW (HR), or any relevant specialization.
Robust interest in HR and Industrial Relations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Willingness to work from the plant location in Sinnar, Nashik.
