Key Responsibilities:
Teach English language and literature as per the school curriculum.
Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans.
Help students improve their reading, writing, grammar, and communication skills.
Assess student performance through assignments, tests, and classroom activities.
Create a positive and interactive learning setting.
Encourage student participation and critical thinking.
Organize English-related activities such as debates, storytelling, and reading clubs.
Support students in exam preparation and overall academic development.
Work closely with fellow teachers to enhance learning outcomes.
Maintain student records and communicate progress with parents during meetings.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in English, Education,
or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Teaching certification or diploma in education (B.Ed. or equivalent).
Proven experience teaching English to primary or secondary school students.
Robust command of the English language, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to make learning engaging, interactive, and inclusive for diverse student needs.
Knowledge of contemporary teaching methods, tools, and technology.
Passion for teaching and fostering a love for the English language.
Organizational skills and the ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
