Role & responsibilities
Monitor daily production and achieve shift-wise production targets.
Execute production plans and monitor Plan vs. Actual performance.
Ensure effective manpower deployment and productivity.
Perform capacity analysis (Machine & Manpower) and improve utilization.
Prepare daily production reports and shift-end handover communication.
Track production efficiency, downtime, and OEE.
Coordinate with Quality, Planning, Maintenance, and Stores for uninterrupted production.
Ensure compliance with Safety, 5S, SOPs, and quality standards.
Drive continuous improvement, Kaizen, and productivity enhancement initiatives

Required Skills
Knowledge of Metal Stamping / Press Shop operations
Production Planning & Capacity Analysis
MTTR, MTBF, Tool Performance Analysis
OEE, Productivity & Downtime Analysis
MS Excel and ERP knowledge preferred
Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
