Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Audit & Assurance team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive public accounting experience with a strong technical background in auditing and SSARS engagements. This individual must demonstrate solid leadership, analytical, and project management abilities, while thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage audit and assurance engagements in accordance with professional standards.
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
Provide technical expertise and guidance in specialized industries such as:
Government
Single Audit
Not-for-Profit
Employee Perk Plan
Construction
Healthcare
Anticipate client needs, adapt to changing project scopes, and proactively drive engagement progress.
Identify and resolve complex accounting and auditing issues through sound professional judgment.




Collaborate effectively across teams to support firm-wide objectives and initiatives.
Mentor and develop staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skilled growth.

Qualifications:
Chartered Certification required (e.g., CPA, ACA, CA, or equivalent).
Minimum of seven (7) years of public accounting experience, specifically in Audit and SSARS engagements.
Demonstrated experience working with clients in at least one of the preferred industries listed above.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
Strong conceptual thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with strong interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently while driving change and innovation.
