Key Responsibilities & Skills
8+ years of software development experience, including 7+ years of hands-on experience in Pega development.
Strong expertise in Pega Constellation architecture.
Hands-on experience in Pega rule implementation and Low-Level Design (LLD).
Experience with SOAP-based integrations and enterprise application integration.
Valuable understanding of Pega Guardrails, XML, Java, and SQL.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Ability to contribute across the complete application development lifecycle.
Collaborate effectively with Developers, Business Analysts, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
Robust client-facing, stakeholder management, and onsite-offshore coordination skills.
Valuable understanding of enterprise architecture principles and business value drivers.
Excellent communication skills with a proactive, positive, and solution-oriented mindset.
