Role & responsibilities
Handle overall sales and business development for the division.
Recruit, manage and develop the sales team.
Hire SBDMs, BDMs who will report directly to the DH.
Recruit and develop Sales Force / Agents.
Drive agent recruitment, activation and productivity.
Achieve monthly and annual business targets.
Conduct regular team meetings, reviews and field activities.
Develop recent markets and generate business opportunities.
Take complete responsibility for branch/divisional performance.
Preferred candidate profile
Niche experience in the Health Insurance industry is preferred.
Strong sales and team-handling experience.
Positive communication and leadership skills.
Graduate Male / Female.
Target-oriented and self-driven.
Strong interest in career growth and leadership.
Willing to work as a Full time professional.
