Role & responsibilities
Required Skills
Minimum 1 year of payroll processing experience
Excellent knowledge of salary calculation, CTC breakup, deductions, arrears, incentives, and final settlement
Solid hands-on experience in Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, Lookup functions, Data Validation, basic MIS reporting)
Knowledge of EPF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and statutory compliance
Experience in attendance reconciliation and payroll validation
Familiarity with NAPS / NATS will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
Process monthly payroll accurately for employees
Calculate salaries, overtime, incentives, reimbursements, and deductions
Prepare payroll reports and MIS using Excel
Ensure timely EPF, ESIC, and statutory compliance
Coordinate with clients and internal teams for payroll inputs
Handle payroll queries and maintain payroll records
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, HR,
or a related discipline.
13 years of experience in payroll processing or payroll operations.
Robust knowledge of salary calculation, CTC structure, deductions, arrears, incentives, and full & final settlement.
Hands-on experience in Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, Lookup functions, Data Validation, and MIS reporting).
Working knowledge of EPF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Experience in attendance reconciliation and monthly payroll preparation.
Good communication and client coordination skills.
Candidates with experience in consultancy, staffing, facility management, payroll outsourcing, or HR operations settings will be preferred.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of 15 days or less are highly preferred.
