Minimum 4+ years of experience in in-app content (UX) writing.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Working knowledge of UX and digital content principles.
(Preferred) Basic knowledge of Figma.
Knowledge of accessibility standards
(Preferred) Experience working with B2B and Cat digital, construction/mining/Energy & Transportation industries.
Experience with wireframes or functional specs is a plus
