We are looking for a Customer Support Executive Presales who can communicate confidently with healthcare professionals and introduce them to the Aivida platform.
Key Responsibilities
Contact doctors, pharmacists, laboratories, and clinics through calls and other communication channels.
Explain Aivida's digital healthcare platform, features, and benefits.
Handle presales enquiries and convert potential users into Aivida customers/partners.
Understand the requirements of healthcare specialists and recommend suitable solutions.
Follow up with interested doctors, pharmacists, labs, and clinics.
Maintain professional communication and build strong relationships with prospects.
Coordinate with the internal team for onboarding and customer support.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly presales and conversion targets.
Requirements
Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
Confident and professional telephone communication.
Ability to explain products and services clearly.
Basic knowledge of computers and digital applications.
Customer service, telecalling, telesales, or presales experience is preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
Interest in the healthcare and digital technology sector is an advantage.
