Role & responsibilities
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software application development projects.
Proactive and self-driven person who can work independently drive the work as per the timeline and escalate when progress is stalled
Robust understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and documentation standards.
Hands-on experience and proficiency in leveraging AI-powered tools to create BRD, FSD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Test Cases while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and business alignment.
Experience using project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira or similar tools.
Solid conflict resolution and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations, facilitate discussions, and drive consensus across business and technical teams.
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
