The candidate should have robust hands-on experience in IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE), IBM MQ, IBM DB2, Kafka, and IBM AIX administration, including installation, configuration, and support across AIX, Windows, and Docker environments.

Knowledge of Git and source code management.
