Set up and operate CNC machines (Fanuc/Siemens/Haas or as applicable).
Read and interpret engineering drawings, job orders, and tool sheets.
Load raw materials and tools; ensure correct tooling and offsets.
Adjust machine settings, feeds, and speeds for accurate machining.
Inspect finished components using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge).
Maintain dimensional accuracy as per drawing tolerances.
Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments.
Perform basic CNC program editing (if required).
Maintain daily production reports and job cards.
Ensure machine cleanliness and follow preventive maintenance schedules.
Adhere to all safety rules and maintain a clean working workplace.
Coordinate with the supervisor for job priority and quality issues.
