As a Business Architect, you will engage in defining prospects to create tangible business value for clients. Your typical day involves leading current state assessments, identifying high-level customer requirements, and defining the necessary business solutions and structures. You will also develop business cases to achieve the envisioned outcomes, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and effectiveness in delivering solutions that meet client needs.

Roles Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.




Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions.
Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency.

Skilled Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
Robust analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication.
Ability to create detailed business cases and project documentation.
Familiarity with business process modeling and improvement methodologies.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
This position is based at our Chennai office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
