Job Summary
The HR & Retail Training Executive will be responsible for supporting HR operations and executing retail training programs across stores. The role focuses on improving frontline team capability, driving performance, and ensuring a consistent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
Support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
Manage onboarding and employee documentation
Assist in employee engagement initiatives
Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy
Retail Training & Development
Conduct training sessions for store staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling
Collaborate with Store Managers and Zonal Teams to identify training needs
Track and evaluate training effectiveness
Support performance improvement initiatives
Ensure consistency in training delivery across stores
Key Responsibilities (Ownership Areas)
Improve store staff performance through effective training
Ensure smooth execution of HR processes
Maintain standardization of training across locations
Contribute to building a performance-driven retail culture
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate (HR or related field preferred)
Experience: 1–3 years in HR, L&D;, or Retail Training
Industry Preference: Fashion / Textile / Retail
