Role & responsibilities :
Execute OHE/TRD projects from mobilisation to commissioning.
Coordinate with SSE/TRD, AEN, DEE, Operating & Safety Departments.
Plan daily/weekly/power block activities.
Supervise contractors and labour.
Manage materials, procurement planning and reconciliation.
Ensure quality as per Railway drawings, SED & Appendix-G.
Maintain DPR, MB, RA Bills and documentation.
Ensure Railway safety compliance and PPE.
Support testing, commissioning and handover
Control costs and improve productivity.
Mandatory Candidate Requirements:
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
27 years Railway OHE/TRD execution experience.
Strong knowledge of OHE execution, testing & commissioning.
Valuable understanding of Railway specifications, SED and Appendix-G.
Hands-on contractor and labour management.
Commercial mindset and planning skills.
Preferred candidate profile :
Candidates currently working with reputed Railway EPC contractors will be highly preferred.
Only candidates with hands-on execution experience under Railway
EPC/OHE/Electrical contractors are eligible.
Candidates working only under PMS, PMC, supervision consultancy or third-party inspection agencies will not be considered.
Must be ready to work in a rapid-paced startup setting with high ownership and accountability.
Willing to travel and stay at project sites across Tamil Nadu.
