The Sales Compensation Lead leads compensation operations, calculation quality, controls, payroll-cycle readiness and agent-squad delivery. The role is accountable for correct, on-time pay across the abstract plan estate in execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the monthly WD1WD14 compensation cycle to WD9 close and WD13 pay readiness.
Own calculation quality and controls (makerchecker) and payout accuracy performance.
Own plan-abstract administration in execution across all in-scope segments.
Direct the compensation operations squad (~18) and the comp agent-squad delivery.
Own the prelims safeguard and material-variance investigation before pay.
Own CRB case preparation and CCB change execution for the tower.
Own compensation SLAs — payout accuracy, on-time pay, CI cycle — and their recovery.
Own comp analytics (plan effectiveness, attainment, incentive-budget tracking).

Required Qualifications (Mandatory)
Bachelor's degree in Finance/Business/Analytics; compensation certification preferred.
Required Experience (Mandatory)
10+ years in sales compensation / incentive-comp operations, including 3+ years leading a comp-ops team; Varicent or equivalent ICM exposure.
