Lead end-to-end WFM implementation projects from initiation through go-live and hypercare.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource plans.
Monitor project progress, budget, scope, and quality.
Maintain RAID logs and mitigation plans.
Manage project governance, status reporting, and steering committee updates.
