Candidate will be based at Mumbai an will be responsible of handling spices in international markets including USA,UK,Canada,GCC,Austrila, South & South west Asia.
Candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and on boarding new distributors, importers, and business partners globally.
Candidate will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with existing overseas customers to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Candidate will be responsible for preparing export strategies, market development plans, and expanding business in target countries.
Candidate will be responsible for handling export documentation, logistics coordination, regulatory compliance, and international shipping processes.
Candidate will be responsible for coordinating with Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and R&D; teams to ensure timely execution of export orders.
Candidate will be responsible for monitoring international market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements to support business growth.
Candidate will be responsible for representing the company at international trade fairs,



exhibitions, customer meetings, and undertaking overseas business travel.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidate should be graduate in Agricultural or BE Food Technology, MBA in Marketing 10 to 12 years experience in handling exports of spices in international markets covering USA, UK, Canada, GCC, Australia, and South & Southeast Asian markets.
He should be good in handling international negotiations and maintaining solid relationships with distributors and key customers.
He should be positive in managing export documentation, international logistics, shipping, and regulatory compliance.
He should be good in analyzing market trends, preparing sales forecasts, and achieving business growth targets.
He should be valuable in demonstrating excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
He should be good in travelling internationally whenever required for business development, customer meetings, and trade exhibitions.
