Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer with 12 to 18 years of experience in the design, analysis, and execution support of residential, commercial, mixed-use, institutional, and high-rise building projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing structural solutions, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and delivering secure, economical, and constructible designs.

Key Responsibilities
Design and analyze reinforced concrete, steel, and composite structures for building projects.
Prepare structural design calculations, technical reports, and design documentation.
Review architectural and MEP drawings and coordinate structural requirements with various stakeholders.
Perform detailed analysis using structural engineering software such as ETABS, STAAD Pro, PROTECTED, SAP2000, Revit Structure, and similar tools.
Ensure compliance with applicable national and international design codes and standards.




Conduct design reviews, value engineering, and optimization of structural systems.
Provide technical support during construction and resolve site-related structural issues.
Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
Monitor project schedules and ensure timely delivery of structural design packages.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams during all stages of project execution.
Mentor junior engineers and support technical development within the team.

Preferred candidate profile
10 to 18 years of experience in structural design and engineering of building projects.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
Experience in commercial buildings, high-rise towers, residential developments, hotels, healthcare facilities, or institutional projects.
