8+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment Process
2+ years of experience in leading a team of 10+ recruiters.
Working exp with Direct clients preferably semi-conductor clients.
Hands-on exp using VMS and ATS.
Recruit, manage, and lead a dynamic team that responds to and fulfills Clients hiring needs.
Build talent pipeline through alternate sources creative methods.
Coordinate with the Business to have a thorough understanding of the job profiles.
Experience with sourcing techniques and tools, such as LinkedIn and job boards.
Robust understanding of the recruitment process, including candidate screening, interviewing, and evaluation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
