We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to join our energetic team at STAGE, the premier OTT platform dedicated to dialect-speaking audiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our performance marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
Role & responsibilities :
Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and retention.
Manage paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, search engines, and programmatic advertising.
Monitor and optimize ad campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), such as ROAS and CPI.
Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
Conduct A/B testing and experiment with recent ad creatives, copy, and targeting options.
Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to align marketing efforts with content releases and promotions.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging advertising technologies, and competitor strategies.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to the team.
Preferred candidate profile :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the OTT or entertainment industry.
Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic advertising tools.
Robust analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
