Role & responsibilities:
Assist in conducting Title Due Diligence of Properties and preparing Internal Due Diligence Report
Assist in drafting, vetting and helping in the finalization of various documents such as Agreement for Sale, Leave & License Agreement, Lease Agreement, Development Agreements, Deed of Conveyance, Tenancy Agreement, Deed of Gift, Documents related to Mortgage - Hypothecation - Pledge, Power Of Attorney, Affidavit, indemnity etc.
Assist in co-ordination with external Law firms, Advocates, Solicitors, Business Development teams, Developers.
Preparing title note
Review of land revenue records, title deeds etc.
Preferred candidate profile:
Excellent drafting skills
Sound knowledge of Property Laws in the states of AP, Telangana.
Should be able to read documents and revenue records.
Solid analytical skills with attention to details
Legal and Commercial Acumen.
