Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive with a positive understanding of financial markets and investment concepts.
The candidate will be responsible for generating and converting leads, engaging with potential investors, understanding their financial goals, and recommending suitable investment products available through the Trade Brains Portal.
The role requires excellent communication skills, financial knowledge, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Reach out to prospective investors through calls, emails, WhatsApp, referrals, and other lead-generation channels.
Understand client investment objectives, risk appetite, and financial goals.
Present and explain Trade Brains Portal offerings, including investment themes, model portfolios, stock recommendations, and subscription plans.
Educate potential clients on investment concepts, market prospects, and portfolio-based investing.
Convert qualified leads into paying subscribers and investors.




Follow up regularly with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Achieve monthly revenue, subscription, and client acquisition targets.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
Coordinate with the research and product teams to stay updated on investment offerings and market developments.

Requirements
Bachelor''s degree in finance, commerce, business administration, or a related field.
6 months to 1 year of work experience in financial product sales, investment advisory sales, wealth management, stock market services, or fintech sales.
Positive understanding of the stock market, mutual funds, SIPs, portfolio investing, and personal finance.
Excellent communication (both in English & Hindi), negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build trust and maintain professional client relationships.
Target-driven mindset with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.
