Role & responsibilities
Lead JIRA ITSM and ServiceNow eBonding implementation, integration, and support.
Design and manage integrations between JIRA, ServiceNow, and other ITSM platforms.
Handle end-to-end eBonding workflows, incident, request, problem, and change management integrations.
Work with REST APIs and integration technologies to automate ITSM processes.
Configure and troubleshoot JIRA Service Management and ServiceNow workflows.
Collaborate with application, infrastructure, cloud, and service management teams.
Provide technical leadership for ITSM integration projects and production issues.
Monitor integration health, troubleshoot failures, and ensure timely resolution.




Support Azure cloud settings and work with Azure engineering teams on integration requirements.
Participate in technical discussions, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.
Ensure ITIL best practices and enterprise service management standards are followed.
Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors for issue resolution and service improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with robust experience in JIRA ITSM + ServiceNow eBonding + Azure engineering and enterprise-level ITSM integration projects are preferred.
