KPI Partners is seeking a skilled Techno Functional Architect for our ServiceNow practice to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust blend of technical and functional knowledge of ServiceNow, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
Design and implement ServiceNow configurations and customizations to meet client requirements.
Provide guidance on best practices for ServiceNow implementation and development.
Engage in requirement analysis, design, and architecture discussions with clients and project stakeholders.
Lead technical discussions and oversee the development process.
Perform system integration and ensure seamless interaction between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to ServiceNow implementations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow, ideally in an architect or lead role.
Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and best practices.
Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Catalog.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Knowledge of web services, REST, and SOAP integrations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects.
