Role Overview :

The Robotics & Coding Trainer will be responsible for delivering, supporting, and improving hands-on robotics and coding programs across schools and partner institutions. This role involves conducting product demonstrations, training and mentoring teachers, supporting students through project-based learning, and ensuring curriculum alignment with educational standards and 21st-century skill frameworks. The trainer will collaborate closely with the centralized curriculum, sales, and marketing teams to enhance product quality, positioning, and overall program impact.

Job Description
Visit schools and partner institutions to conduct robotics product demonstrations.
Train school teachers in Robotics and Coding concepts and tools.
Implement a Train-the-Trainer model to enable teachers to independently deliver robotics and coding programs.
Support existing school trainers in curriculum execution and classroom management.
Conduct workshops for school teachers, principals, and academic heads.
Guide and assist students during hands-on activities and project development.
Gather feedback from schools, trainers,



and students to drive continuous product and curriculum improvements.
Ensure curriculum alignment with educational standards (CBSE, ICSE, and State Boards) and 21st- century skill frameworks.
Collaborate with the centralized curriculum team to stay updated on products, content, and best practices.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to support product positioning, pricing discussions, and go-to-market strategies.
Be willing to travel extensively for school visit , client meeting , lab setup, product demonstration and relationship management with partner school and existing school as and when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, Education Technology, or a related field.
Experience in product management, preferably in EdTech, robotics, or K-12 learning products.
Solid understanding of robotics kits, embedded systems, coding platforms (like Arduino, Raspberry Pi, Scratch, etc.).
Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Solid problem-solving ability with a user-centered mindset.
Experience working with educational institutions is a plus.
