Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with the organizations business objectives and workforce requirements.
Lead end-to-end recruitment across corporate, sales, operations, credit, risk, technology and other business functions.
Manage senior leadership, mid-management, lateral and bulk hiring across multiple locations.
Partner closely with Business Heads and senior stakeholders to understand manpower plans, hiring priorities and talent requirements.
Build and maintain solid talent pipelines through market mapping, direct sourcing, referrals, LinkedIn, job portals and recruitment consultants.
Lead, coach and mentor the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring productivity, quality of hire and recruitment targets are achieved.
Manage relationships with external recruitment consultants, job portals and hiring partners,



including commercials and performance.
Drive employer branding and candidate experience initiatives to strengthen the organizations talent attraction strategy.
Monitor key recruitment metrics including Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Offer-to-Join ratio, source effectiveness and hiring productivity.
Identify prospects for process automation and recruitment process improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce hiring TAT.
Conduct talent market intelligence, competitor mapping and salary benchmarking to support business hiring decisions.
Ensure recruitment processes are aligned with HR policies, compliance requirements and organizational standards.
