The role involves working closely with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to analyse requirements, optimize telecom processes, and support delivery of BSS and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Requirements Analysis
Engage with business stakeholders to understand telecom business processes across OSS/BSS, Customer Operations, Billing, and Revenue Assurance etc.
Elicit, analyse, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
Translate business needs into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Support impact analysis for current services, regulatory changes, or system upgrades.
