Job Title: Instructional Designer Content Reviewer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer who can review and evaluate training videos and e-learning content to ensure the content is accurate, engaging, learner-friendly, and aligned with instructional design standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Review training videos, e-learning modules, and digital learning content.
Check content for accuracy, clarity, structure, grammar, and learner engagement.
Review scripts, storyboards, voiceovers, animations, assessments, and activities.
Identify gaps, inconsistencies, errors, and areas for improvement.
Provide transparent and actionable feedback to content development teams.
Ensure content follows instructional design and adult learning principles.
Check alignment between learning objectives, content, activities, and assessments.
Review the overall quality and learner experience of e-learning modules.




Maintain review comments and track changes/feedback.

Required Skills:
3 to 10 years of experience in Instructional Design / E-Learning Content Development / Content Review.
Proficient in Telugu language.
Solid understanding of instructional design principles and learning methodologies.
Experience reviewing training videos and e-learning modules.
Excellent English communication and proofreading skills.
Solid attention to detail.
Ability to identify content, language, visual, and instructional issues.
Familiarity with tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, Vyond, Camtasia, or similar tools is an advantage.

Preferred Profile:
Experience in quality assurance/review of digital learning content.
Strong analytical and feedback skills.
Ability to work independently and meet review timelines.
Experience working with corporate/L&D; training content is preferred.
