We are looking for an experienced Project Sales skilled with 8 to 12 years of experience in the Building & Infrastructure segment. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to Residential, Commercial, IT/ITeS, Healthcare, Education, Hospitality, Industrial Projects, OEMs and Panel Builders.

The candidate will be responsible for driving project sales, developing key customer relationships, securing product approvals and specifications, managing large and multi-phase projects, and achieving business targets through effective project and channel management.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales across Building & Infrastructure Projects, including: Residential Projects, Commercial & Office Spaces, IT/IteS, Healthcare, Education, Hospitality, Industrial Projects, OEMs / Panel Builders
Develop and maintain strong relationships with MEP Consultants, PMCs, Contractors, Panel Builders, Project Distributors, Dealers and other key project stakeholders.
Work closely with MEP Consultants to obtain brand preference,



product approvals and specification incorporation in upcoming and ongoing projects.
Identify current project opportunities, map key decision-makers and develop strategies to convert projects into business.
Manage large project deals involving multiple phases, ensuring effective execution and timely closure.

Candidate Profile
8 to 12 years of relevant experience in B2B Project Sales / Project Business Development, preferably in the Electrical, Building Solutions or related industry.
Solid experience in the Building Segment / Project Sales, with exposure to Residential, Commercial, IT/ITeS, Healthcare, Education, Hospitality and Industrial projects.
Strong understanding of MEP Consultants, PMCs, Contractors, Panel Builders, Project Distributors and Dealers.
Proven experience in obtaining product approvals, brand preferences and specifications from MEP Consultants.
