Master or bachelors degree in finance or computer science
Oracle Finance modules Hands on Experience in Oracle R12 and experience in implementation of GL/ AP/ AR and FA , India GST and EBTAX is desirable
Minimum two End to end implementation in R12
Strong Accounting Knowledge
Positive experience in Migrations
Total work experience approximately 3 to 5 years
Should have robust communication (written and oral) and experience of working with stakeholders in US/ Europe
Should working in MNC and mandate to work from Schneider office from Day1 and adopt hybrid model of working.
Strong Business Analyst skills (e.g., analytical skills, requirement engineering, design thinking, agile methodologies)
Experience working in Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban) and tooling (e.g., Azure DevOps)
Team player who is skilled at building up and managing stakeholder relationships
Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural setting and time zones required
Good self-management skills and stress resilience
