Candidate will be responsible for handling and managing the Internal Control System (ICS) for organic farming projects and coordinating with farmers at the field level.
Main Duties:
Manage and maintain ICS documentation and records
Coordinate with farmers for organic certification compliance
Conduct farmer meetings, trainings, and field visits
Monitor organic farming practices as per standards
Support farmer verification, inspection, and data collection
Procurement of organic crops from ICS farmers and coordination for aggregation
Ensure proper record keeping and reporting of field activities
Requirements:
B.Sc. Agriculture preferred
2 - 5 years of experience in the organic farming field / organic projects will be preferred
Candidates having experience in organic farming projects and ICS management will be given preference.
