Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Sr. Executive Reconciliation to coordinate with branch reconciliation teams, resolve deduction and shortage cases, track recovery status, and ensure timely and accurate reconciliation

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and follow up with Branch Reconciliation Officers for timely resolution of reconciliation cases.
Reconcile deduction files received from MSPs and ensure closure within defined TAT.
Follow up on deduction, shortage, discrepancy and recovery cases.
Provide support to branch teams in resolving reconciliation-related queries.
Maintain and update databases of resolved queries and accepted deductions.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, process guidelines and client SLAs.

Preferred candidate profile
2+ years of relevant experience in Banking, Cash Management, Reconciliation, ATM/Cash Management, Branch Operations or similar operations.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
