Manage and oversee the production process to ensure effective and high-quality output.
Develop and implement new product development (NPD) strategies to drive business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop recent products using injection moulding techniques.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to injection moulding machines and processes.
Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes accordingly.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/ B.E.) or equivalent in a relevant field.
Strong knowledge of polymers, injection moulding, and NPD trail knowledge.
Experience working with injection moulding machines and processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Robust communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
