Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
Deliver exceptional customer support while maintaining service quality standards.
Accurately document customer interactions and update records.
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team when necessary.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication.

Experience
Freshers are welcome.
Candidates with customer service or voice process experience are preferred.
Both freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.

Skills Required
Good verbal communication skills.

Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
Problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Shift Details
Shift Window: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Any 10-hour shift
9 working hours + 1-hour break

Salary & Benefits

Freshers to 11 Months Experience
17000 In-Hand Salary per month

Candidates with 1 Year or Above Experience
22,000 In-Hand Salary per month
