Qualification: M.Com / CMA (Inter or Qualified) / CA (Inter) / Skilled Qualification in Finance & Accounts

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AGM – Finance & Accounts to lead the Accounts & Finance function across multiple entities and GST registrations. The role will also play a key part in the organization’s ongoing ERP migration from Tally Prime to Odoo.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 5–8 finance professionals
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, EPF, ESIC, ROC and other statutory requirements
• Prepare MIS, P&L;, Balance Sheet, budgets and financial reports
• Manage cash flow, working capital and financial planning
• Supervise accounting operations in Tally Prime & Odoo ERP




• Handle customer/vendor reconciliation and inter-company transactions
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax consultants and financial institutions
• Manage multi-state GST / multiple GSTINs and ISD compliance
• Support ERP migration, data migration, testing and process transition
• Oversee consolidation and MIS reporting across group entities
• Maintain robust internal controls and financial documentation
What We’re Looking For

15+ years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of statutory compliances
Hands-on experience in Tally Prime & Odoo ERP – Mandatory
Excellent Excel & MIS reporting skills
Experience in manufacturing / specialty chemicals / pharmaceutical industry preferred
Strong budgeting, cash flow & working capital management skills
Excellent analytical, communication & team-handling abilities
Solid ownership and problem-solving mindset
