We are a Recent Delhi based forging manufacturer supplying aerospace, oil & gas and industrial customers, with manufacturing at Mayapuri and Ballabhgarh. We hold EN 9100, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, NORSOK M-650, PED, IBR and NABL approvals.

The Prospect

We are rebuilding our quality function. This is a build role, not a maintenance role.

You will be rewriting procedures, formats and work instructions so that they are actually used by the people doing the work rather than produced for auditors. If you have spent your career maintaining a document set you know nobody reads, and you want to fix that properly with senior backing, this will suit you.

You will report to the Head of Quality & Compliance and act as Deputy Management Representative, with direct visibility to the Managing Director.

What You Will Own
The Quality Management System across EN 9100, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, PED and IBR, spanning two manufacturing sites
Document control — procedures, formats, work instructions, revision control and the master list
The internal audit programme: planning, conducting, and tracking findings to genuine closure
NCR and CAPA registers,



with real root cause analysis rather than documentation response
Coordination of certification body and customer audits, including evidence packs and corrective action responses
Supplier quality — evaluation, approval and performance monitoring
Quality objectives, KPI reporting and Management Review inputs

What We Are Looking For
5–11 years in a QMS or quality systems role in engineering manufacturing
Hands-on experience with EN 9100 / AS 9100 or ISO 9001 documentation and audits
Certified Internal Auditor. Lead Auditor qualification preferred
Ability to write procedures in plain, usable language — we will ask for a sample
Experience responding to customer or certification body audit findings with structured corrective action
Genuine shop-floor exposure. This is not a desk-based role; you will spend time on the forging line, at heat treatment, and in the NDT bay

What Makes This Different

Quality reports directly to the Managing Director, independent of Operations. The function carries documented stop-work authority. You will be given the mandate and the backing to build the system properly
