Key responsibilities:
Recording of Accounting entries in accounting system
Preparation & Accounting of Capital Activity in compliance with PPM and applicable regulations.
Expense Management & coordinating with bank team for payments
Calculation of fees including Setup fees, Management fees, Custody, Performance fees.
Monthly TDS and GST payment for all AIF schemes.
Effective compliance with applicable AIF regulations and associated requirements.
Preparation of regulatory reports (Monthly and Quarterly for SEBI, RBI etc.).
Preparing Investor related communications such as Form 64C, K1 statements.
Preparation of Financials & quarterly MIS
AIF registrations & CKYC checks.
