Job Description
Manage the day-to-day operations, user access, and workspace configurations within TPG Twilio Segment setting.
Candidate will monitor data pipeline health, oversee Source and destination connections, and ensure strict adherence to established tracking plans and data governance policies. Additionally, Candidate will troubleshoot platform issues, track API usage, and serve as the primary support contact for cross-functional teams utilizing the CDP.
Solid administrative experience with Segment's interface, role-based access control (RBAC), and data privacy standards is essential to maintain a secure and efficient platform.
