Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a CA First Attempt Fresher interested in building a robust foundation in Internal Audit within the Compliance Department. Candidates who have completed articleship with exposure to internal audits, compliance reviews, or process audits are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in conducting internal audits across compliance functions.
Review internal controls, regulatory adherence, and process gaps.
Support in preparing audit workpapers, observations, and reports.
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to gather and verify data.
Contribute to monitoring and enhancing compliance frameworks.

Requirements:
CA First Attempt (Freshly cleared).
Articleship experience in internal audit / compliance / process audit preferred.
Solid analytical ability and attention to detail.
Valuable understanding of audit methodologies and regulatory expectations.

WalkIn Drive:
We are conducting a WalkIn Drive on Monday for this role. Freshers meeting the above criteria are welcome to participate.
