Role & responsibilities

Explain villa projects, amenities, pricing, and complete property details to clients.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about the properties.

• Manage cold calling and follow-up with potential leads.

• Schedule and coordinate site visits for customers.

• Build and maintain solid relationships with clients.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.

• Maintain lead data and update daily follow-up reports.

• Coordinate with the sales team to achieve targets.

Preferred candidate profile
Negotiation and convincing skills.
Presentation skills.
Fluent in English and regional languages is an added advantage.
