ATA

Analysis planning (TNA, Team/Tower wise reporting)

Rebuttal management

Spearheading Internal &/or External Calibrations/Client meets/Huddles

Periodic reviews with the team and SD Partners

Conducting performance reviews

Customer Complaint investigation & closure

Conducts Monthly Process Knowledge Test basis latest updates

TNI/ Coaching and BQM feedback.

Daily/ weekly / monthly quality reports.

RCA/CAPA preparations.

Audit check list updation

Calibration calls vs presentations skills

Preparing MOMS notes post all feedbacks

Qualifications

Skills Required

Graduate

Must have US healthcare experience with AR follow-up and denial management knowledge.

Relevant experience for 2 years and above

Valuable Spoken & Written English

Coaching (Soft) skills





Interpersonal skills

Valuable Excel & Presentation skills

People & Conflict management

Client engagement skills

High on Integrity

RCMS US healthcare experience required

Process Type (Voice / Non-Voice / Hybrid) – Non - Voice
Shift Details (Timings & Rotational / Fixed) – 6.30 pm to 3.30 am/Fixed
Work Schedule (Working Days & Weekly Offs – Rotational / Fixed) – Fixed, Sat/Sun off
Work Model (Work From Home / Work From Office / Hybrid) - WFO
