Roles Responsibilities:
Exposure to international or US clients (preferred).
Prior experience in Digital Marketing (SEO) or as a Project Coordinator/Executive (up to 12 months).
Solid written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage clients through calls and emails.
Assist in managing projects and coordinating between internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
Maintain professional relationships with clients and internal departments, including support, technology and service teams.
Track client feedback, requests, and escalations to ensure timely follow-ups and resolutions.
Support planning and execution of monthly retention strategies and client receivables.
Help develop solutions that align with client needs while keeping the internal team updated on progress.
Document meeting minutes, client feedback, and project updates for effective tracking and communication.
Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude, even in challenging circumstances.




Build strong interpersonal relationships with clients and team members.
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint for documentation and reporting purposes.

Qualification:
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing and SEO processes.
Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
Team player with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
