Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
Conduct initial candidate screening and HR calls
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Assist with day-to-day HR activities

Candidate Requirements
6 months to 2 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations
Positive verbal and written communication skills
Robust interpersonal and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
Comfortable with calling and candidate follow-ups.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Female candidates preferred
