What Must You Have

Technical Expertise
Deep knowledge of full-stack web development and backend systems.
Robust hands-on experience with MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
Proficiency in technologies like Redis, Kafka/Pub/Sub, MySQL, and job schedulers.
Experience in architecting and developing cloud-native applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Execution Ability
Proven track record of delivering robust and scalable systems under tight timelines.

Educational Background
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Strong foundation in OOP, system design, concurrency, and CS fundamentals.

Problem-Solving Skills
Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
Experience building and operating large-scale backend systems with high reliability and performance.

Hands-On Leadership
4+ years of software engineering experience, Preferrable 1+ years in a lead or mentorship role.
Actively involved in coding, reviews, and system design discussions.
Ability to drive product direction through technical decisions.
